Document status changes from Student yet to submit initial inputs to Editor is working on it.

Description
Very often students don't want to fill forms and want to upload their own resume, SOP, and LOR. So there should be an option for the full counselor to change the status of the document from 'Student yet to submit initial inputs' to 'Editor is working on it'.
First the internal user will create a google document with the contents from the student and add it in the respective student folder. Then the full counselor will click on the link tab and change the status of the document from 'Student yet to submit initial inputs' to 'Editor is working on it'. When the status is changed there should be a popup to paste the link of the google document and submit.
Clicking on submit should change the document status to Editor is working on it.
