Error in answer choice in Mobile App

The correct answer choice is option C .
But in the mobile app , the student pointed out the answer choice is marked as A .Thats wrong .Please check the attachments and clarify ASAP.

Not sure if these questions where these questions are picked from .
As far as I know mobile app questions are in question bank beta so when we search with tags QB and safe for ios we get those questions .
This is the second issue in one week in mobile app.
