AWA attempts are not showing up on the GRE AWA Grading tool

Description
We are unable to grade GRE AWA attempts as the tool is not showing any attempts. Usually, when we paste a student's Drupal ID, a list of the student's essays should appear. But when we open the tool now, we get an error pop-up message that says, "DataTables warning: table id=awatable - Ajax error. For more information about this error, please see http://datatables.net/tn/7".

We cannot proceed with GRE AWA grading until the tool is fixed.
