Cleared doubt is not disappearing from the GRE Verbal Sheet

Description
We had a GRE Verbal doubt on Monday. It was cleared on the same day and we also clicked Query Resolved. But the doubt still appears on the sheet. Could you please look into it?

- There is another cleared doubt that has remained on the sheet. This is happening when students ask 2 doubts for the same question. When we respond, one doubt still stays on the sheet.
