These 2 TOEFL MT2 Speaking responses don’t seem to load.

The webpage loads, the play line shows like it’s loading but we’re unable to play the audio or hear the student response.
Also tried to switchuser on incognito and check, but it shows the same thing.
Kindly check this asap.
