This is a recurrence of bug 2703 which was reported and resolved in May 2023.

"We view the AWA attempts on our servicing sheet and go to the AWA grading tool on the Galvanize platform There is a table there that displays the attempts of the student when we enter his/her Drupal ID. We then open those attempts and grade them.
Today, when we open the grading tool, the following error is repeatedly displayed: ""DataTables warning: table id=awatable - Invalid JSON response. For more information about this error, please see http://datatables.net/tn/1"". The table is not loading, and we are not able to see any attempts when we enter the Drupal ID. Please resolve this bug as it is a bottleneck for our day-to-day servicing tasks."

This is a BLOCKER for servicing. Please help us with this at the earliest.
