Description
We recently had an intervention call with a GRE student named Owais (Drupal ID 933761). He said he took two MTs and on checking, we did receive a mail notification for his MT1. This is the attempt link we got from the mail: https://app.entrayn.com/summary/621635ea-328a-45ba-8893-2b7c66baef45/screen/1. You can see that even his AWA has been graded.
However, his student's page does not reflect that these MTs were taken. The student says he was able to see the results immediately after he took the test but not now.
