please add 2 columns in AG and AH

In column AG, the heading should be rank - It should have data of the rank of the department matriculated visa program from the master list. In the master list, if the department rank is empty, then the respective school rank should be shown, if the school rank is missing in the masterlist then the university rank should be shown.

In column AH, the heading should be Rank for - In AG if you have given department rank, then AH should say department, if it is school rank, then AH should say school, if it is university rank, then AH should say university
