The drop in preparedness level is because the formula for computing the predicted score on the GRE mobile app and the formula on the drupal backend was different for a long time. I suspect this may be due to a factor called 'questions per day' which was earlier implemented in the mobile app, where we penalize a student if he didn't practice regularly. But I'm not sure if this is the problem or it's something else. We can check and modify this in a future release if this is indeed the cause.
GRE mock test feedback - whether it should be posted to the assessment or not should be controlled by the settings that the author chooses and not set in code.
