In continuation to Chinmayees mail on validity currently we are manually upadting the GRE USer Home
For the leads additional validity which the sales team gives eg.45 days+15 days... So if the validity mail for those leads also triggers from the User home data then we don't have to manually update in the User home notes sheet
Hi everyone,
The following bugs have been fixed and released.
1.Validity - Mismatch in portal and welcome email
2.Extension mail - Triggering welcome mail for 30 days and the student getting access for 90 days
3.GRE validity is going to start after taking the DT and not after marking the product as won.
Note:
1.We are taking help of sales team and monitoring extension email issue.
2. The welcome emails have been sent to students who had access to the product and haven't received any email.
