Self serve/ Product not won in pipedrive/ Welcome mail gone.

Username:

This user got two products, gre and Ielts via self serve and got the welcome mail but there is no product in for this user in Pipedrive.
How is that possible? If the user buys a product via self-serve, that will come to Pipedrive, create a deal, and won the product automatically. After all this process Welcome mail will be sent right? If this user asks for an extension without the product in Pipedrive how will they give an extension?
If it is a combo product via selfserve how many mails will be triggered one or two product mail seperately?

Note: Earlier once from sales I got a bug saying that deal is getting deleted in Pipedrive, Is it becoz the deal was not itself created, and later while checking they are mentioned as deleted?

Issue debugged and found that the design flow is bypassing pipedrive for self serve
