Mock Tests attempts paused/changed for a few users

Description
On 29th and 30th ocober 2022 some MT qns were creating errors /Students could not take TOEFL Mock Tests .
When the devlopers /Selva dug into the issue , they observed that there were some Changes in the content that could have triggered the issues students were facing .
But the academic team had not made any changes in TOEFL content on live on the new platform .(Last time a change was made was in 2020 in TOEFL).
The academic team was trying to do TOEFL question import with the help of Skandha on 20th october 2022 .
But when they(academic team and Skandha) tried to publish it , it was throwing error .So those questions did not get published at all .
Skandha said he would get back after fixing the "publish " part .
This is just a brief history of what is going on in TOEFL.
