1) No. of questions done on the app, are not getting updated

2) This progress bars are also not getting updated on the website.

This is not an issue. The mobile GRE app and website GRE questions are merged to provide an overall score in the preparedness level. If the student answers a question correctly, it should not appear again. However, questions that were answered incorrectly will reappear, which is why the student assumed that the question count was not increasing.
